Graw Crumbs, gluten-free magic mix & flour

Finally I've found, right next door, a safe flour to use in some baking foods I've doing so far. Also it's made in South Carolina, and I bought at Whole Foods for US6.99 + tax.

Graw Crumbs Gluten-Free Magic Mix & Flour is made with 100% natural seeds, not grains, with no preservatives. It has 5g protein per serving, and it's a good source of Omega-3 fats.

People are asking if I already have used, and YES, I'm using every week when I bake this recipe which I was using coconut flour instead. It seems coconut flour was not good for me, or cross contaminated, or I don't know exactly...

- Sunflower seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds

Oh what you can do with these amazing “bread crumbs” made entirely of seeds! Use as coating, flour, binder and more! Allows for OIL FREE cooking too!
