Soft white
bulb, daylight, cool white, eco bulbs... so many options to choose, and they
just have invented one more. The LED. It last 25 times longer, and needs 75% less
power. If those numbers are true I don't know. But I do know I've bought a LED
lamp in 2011 and it still working very well.
The challenge
was making a nice bulb to replace the regular bulbs at home. So, they did it,
and its a modern looking. Insignia is the brand you'll see in the photo below. Maybe not the best match for this chandelier, but whatever.

Other big issue was about to eliminate the potential cancer and non-cancer the UV in the fluorescent lamps can promotes. The LEd lamp doesn't. Very good! One less thing to be worry about. But LED bulbs use other heavy metals as lead and nickel. Read more here.
Well, it's up to you decide if you want do better for your health, or for the mother nature according what you do know today!
