O.N.E. coconut water |
Years before coconut water was a fashion item in every celebrity's refrigerator in the US or UK, it's a regular item in the Brazilian lifestyle. Every single beach, every single warm city, every summertime you will see people selling fresh coconut water on the streets.
It's good for hydratation, it's natural, with no fat, neither cholesterol. It cames from a green baby coconut, young and sweet. On the left is how it's sold in Brazil, and on the right is how you will find in the US grocery stores.

The easy way to drink is having a packed to keep at home or the small pack for carry where you need to be hydrated. O.N.E. without flavor (plain) is a safe one for me, and my brand new corn, gluten, dairy allergy.
It's a natural product, but in general, it has 18% of Potassium, 610mg, 6% of Magnesium, 2% of Sodium 65mg, and 11g of sugar (natural from the coconut) in 100% pure coconut water. It's not fortified or reformulated.
Enjoy!
