Banana bars from Brazil. |
Brazil is a
big and good country with many good and bad things. One of the very good things
I like about this country is the variety of fruits we have all year. There is almost no
season for the assortment of fruits you can find in the grocery store.
Pararibuna Bananinha, banana bars. |
But not only fresh fruits are good. I also like the real fruit bars (banana bars), because they are easy to find almost everywhere. In few those you'll see "banana jam" which isn't exactly the shape idea of this product.
I like specifically the Paraibuna banana, it was the oldest and the to find. I've found in a Brazilian grocery store in Atlanta, GA.
In the version with sugar the ingredients are: banana and sugar from sugarcane.
Gluten-free, and free of other allergens, because its just banana and sugar.
