Found this recipe on YouTube and it worked!
Free of gluten, flour, sugar, milk, and dairy. It has only 3 ingredients, and it's very, very (believe me) easy to do it.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 7 oz of chocolate chips (300 gr), or 4 oz of chocolate 75%
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 gr)
Here is a trick... If you have a beater, great, if you don't, no worries.
Using a beater, mix the whole eggs for 6 minutes. It needs to be soft and airy. While the eggs mix you can melt the chocolate in the microwave. Let's cool it down. Back to the eggs, put the baking powder in it. Keep mixing. Add the melted chocolate slowly.
If you don't have a beater... melt the chocolate first, and let cool it down. Than use a whisker to beat the egg whites (only) until a snow point. Add the baking powder, and the yolks, one by one. Keep whiskering slower to remain fluffiness. Add the melted chocolate, mixing until you see a consistent color.
Use a 8x8" (20 x 20 cm) baking pan with cooking paper, and bake for 30 minutes, 350F (180C).
Let me know if works for you too!
