It's an alkaline water, which means it has less acidic ions. It's easier to absorb for our body, and it tastes great too. You can see how is made in the graphic below.
The Essentia production protocol produces water with a pH range between 9.2 and 9.8: stabilizing at 9.5 (+/-) for a two year shelf life.
